Can I order without an account?

Yes. Guest checkout is the default. The email address is how you open tracking.

Does test payment charge a card?

No. While payment mode is test, the button talks to the internal test path. No provider network is called. An order is marked paid only after the server confirms the test payment.

Where is my package?

The link on the order shows a step only after its time has passed.

How do I return something?

Email [email protected] with the order number. Do not ship a return until we confirm the address.
