Who

Acceptance

Placing an order accepts these terms of sale. They stay available from the footer and from checkout. There is no checkbox that blocks payment.

Orders

An order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we email a confirmation. We may decline an order that looks fraudulent or that we cannot fulfill.

Prices

Prices are in US dollars and are shown before you pay. The amount charged today is the amount shown on the payment button. Sales tax follows the delivery state. Rates that were not published are loaded as 0.

Pre-orders

If a product offers a deposit, “Pay deposit” charges only the deposit shown. The rest is due when the product is ready to ship, and we will tell you before that charge. “Pay in full” charges the full price shown today.

Installments

If you choose installments, only the first installment is charged today. Later installments are recorded on the dates shown before you confirm. We do not charge the full remaining balance on the day you order. Paying in full is always offered.
